ABOUT NETSF

Network Solutions Factory is an engineering consulting firm in the field of telecommunications, more precisely it is a center of operations and management of the mobile networks of the NJJ Group.

NetSF was initially created to internalize the engineering and operation activities of the Salt mobile network (formerly Orange Switzerland) and since 2018 we also operate for fixed and mobile networks worldwide such as Eir (Ireland), Free (Senegal) and Epic (Cyprus, Malta).
We work with the main suppliers of the mobile telecom market (Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson) for the deployment of the latest 4G/5G mobile technologies. Network Solutions Factory relocated to Lyon in July 2015. The company is in full expansion and has tripled its workforce in three years. Today, Network Solutions Factory has 98 employees in the fields of radio, transmission, OSS, and supervision.

Netsf publie son index en matière d’égalité salariale entre les femmes et les hommes en réponse à la loi du 05 septembre 2018.

Cette dernière a pour ambition de réduire les écarts en matière de rémunérations entre les femmes et les hommes.
Netsf s’engage dans la mise en œuvre des dispositifs visant la promotion de l’égalité professionnelle entre ses salariés et la diversité.
