CANDIDATE PROFILE
The Senior Software Engineer will shape the future of the telecommunications industry. She/he will design, build and guide the development of high-impact software solutions for NetSF.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms
- Proven background in system architecture, microservices, and API design
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and distributed systems
- Professional working English
Appreciated skills:
- Experience designing complex data systems and pipelines
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Previous leadership or tech-lead roles
- Familiarity with mobile networks (5G/4G/3G/2G) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end solutions for complex business challenges
- Implement scalable systems that support AI pipelines
- Lead technical design sessions and create architectural documentation
- Develop high-quality, maintainable software using modern frameworks and practices
- Evaluate new technologies and guide strategic technical decisions
- Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers
