CONTEXT AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network Solutions Factory is a multicultural company always seeking new talents!
We are looking for a senior radio optimization engineer strengthen our team of 40 Radio Optimization Engineers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving the evolution of 2/3/4/5G Key Performance Indicators : identify performance degradations on a daily basis, investigate root causes, trigger corrective/improvement actions and synchronize with the operator (reporting, status updates, etc.)
  • Optimise radio network coverage & quality using advanced techniques life ACP (Automatic Cell Planning), SON, end-to-end traces analysis, MDT data or drive tests.
  • Optimise the performance of the new sites or new technologies to reach top quality standards required by our clients
  • Participate in the RAN evolution plan, by proposing, testing and deploying new features, optimizing parameter strategy (mobility strategy, load balancing, energy efficiency, etc.).
  • Conducting network consistency checks: RF and transmission performance audits, parameter consistency audits.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

You hold a master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering (BAC+5 equivalent) and have a minimum of 5  years of experience in a similar position.

  • Expertise in drive test analysis (especially TEMS Discovery)
  • End-to-end protocol analysis (Anritsu, Exfo, etc.)
